Finally after a total of 25 minutes someone came out and retrieved the golf balls. We waited, patiently, along with another family, 15 minutes before I called from my phone and asked that they send someone out because a line was forming.
Of course this was not a great customer experience as the manager seemed as though he was agitated, upset and was not friendly. The manager at that time said no and that he would send someone out to fix the issue. We went inside and asked for the money to be put on the card and we play in games (as we have done before).
